I once had to call the Customer service department of my cable TV provider as they stopped transmission of an all-important England vs Germany football game right when David Beckham was charging towards the goal, ball in his stride! Luckily, the lovely lady at the Customer Service Department told me that I hadn’t missed the goal and the interruption was only temporary. The game was back on within 2 minutes and the super lovely lady was so nice to me, I forgot all about my frustrations…
