Edwina Griffin is a speaker, trainer, and consultant. She has over twenty years worth of experience in health, human performance, business, and leadership. Edwina’s experienced burnout, chronic fatigue syndrome, and sleeping twenty-two hours a day to recover and perform in national sporting teams. Her personal experiences have inspired her to continue working in the area of physical, mental, and emotional fitness and health.

She’s coached thousands from all over the world to achieve their personal and professional goals. She also won several business awards, including NSW Fitness Professional of the year and continues to mentor health professionals nationally with her Fitwomen and Fitmum programs. After operating her own fitness and health centre in Sydney for eighteen years, Edwina continued working in her FitExecutives brand in the areas of health education, training and business development with organisations and franchise groups including brands such as Fernwood Fitness, Jetts, Nokia, Kaz Computing and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

She’s spoken both nationally and internationally, sharing the stage with John Demartini and Deborah Hutton at events like the Women of Global Change and the World Longevity Conference. Edwina continues to consult and speak on health, preventing burnout, stress management, and leadership. She also runs “Reset Retreats” for the body, mind, and spirit.
