Nicki Luther has been in HR for 10 years and has been part of Stryker since February 2012. Stryker is a $9B+ Fortune 500 company and one of the world’s leading medical technology companies. She also manages a diverse range of HR responsibilities including succession planning, job design, performance management and employee relations.
