Referrals! I can’t think of a more powerful marketing tool – or a cheaper one! Whenever you have a happy client, make a point of reminding them how much you appreciate their referrals. You could even consider offering a reward or incentive for doing so. Referrals are about giving as well as receiving so when you are networking, think of ways you can help the people you meet to find new business. You’ll find they will be more likely to do the same for you.
