How to focus on strategy?

There’s no denying that strategy is key to the success of any business. First, identify your key business goals. What do you want to achieve over the next weeks, months or year? Make these goals as clear and specific as possible. Next, come up with a plan to help you achieve those goals. You may revisit your plan regularly, but writing out the steps will get things clear in your head. Figure out how you will put your plan into practice and there you have it: a business strategy! To be able to focus better on strategy, assign other tasks to team member or contractors.
