Have a clear understanding of what is required by writing a detailed job description. Next, it’s important that you allow the candidate to open up. Hitting them with a difficult question will make them tense up and freak out. By allowing them to open up you will get a real sense of who they are, what they know and whether they will fit into your company’s culture. Don’t forget to check references to make sure that your candidate is as capable as they say they are.
