How can I use KPIs to improve my business?

KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are like goals for your business and for your staff. Setting them helps you determine exactly what you want your business to achieve and then it keeps people accountable. You can have specific KPIs like ‘increase sales by 15% YOY’ so long as you give your staff the tools to do this with and less tangible ones like reducing staff turnover that you set for yourself.
