When scaling a business, start off by committing to grow. Be sure to build a team with broad and complementary skills. Next, you need to build collaborations with people outside of the business. If you are serious about scaling, managers need to implement standardised processes. Last but not least, you need to be able to look at your business in the eyes of your customer. Why? Because some founders have a distorted vision of the quality of their services. The happier your customers are, the faster you will reach your growth targets.
