To be more productive, the first thing you need to do is nothing! By that, I mean be sure to take time away from your computer screen and try to get solid 8 hours of sleep per night. Better productivity comes from eating well and looking after yourself, so consume whole foods with lean proteins and lots of salads and vegetables. Next, get comfortable with prioritising your tasks based on deadlines and importance. Set yourself realistic goals by the day, week or month. Finally, hit the gym! Nothing will do more to boost your energy, stamina and mental clarity.
