Employee incentives are a great way to keep staff happy and improve retention. Some options include regular bonuses, small rewards, days off or tickets to conferences. What you give depends on your business and how much money you have to spare.
Here’s an idea, why not ask your staff what they would like as an incentive? Would they prefer performance-based bonuses or a profit-sharing arrangement? Would they like to be able to nominate each other for rewards? Work it out with them so that they feel included in the process.
