Whether you’re a team leader or CEO, being able to delegate tasks is a must. First things first: you need to learn to let go. Secondly, make sure you play to your employees’ strengths and assign the task to the person who has the greatest number of relevant skills for that task. Remember to include clear instructions for your employee and check up from time to time but learn to trust in their abilities. Oh, and do remember to provide some feedback to the candidate once the task is complete.
